Rhys's first encounter with Gwendolyn wasn't exactly the stuff of fairy-tales. But, from that moment on, they knew what love is and they fought hard for a life together. It wasn't easy, it was downright painful at times, but they prevailed in the end.
Rhys is a great guy - chivalrous, patient, stubborn, persistent and so in love with Gwendolyn.
The writing style is different from what I'm used to. As heart-breaking the entire story was, there were moments of not only humor, but sometimes silliness as well (and that's the reason for the half-star deduction). The silliness is mostly Gwendolyn's fault, Rhys is still perfect.
